I have this in one of my obscure books as the Haller H-11. This being Oldrich Haller, Czech designer, as opposed to the German one ?
My Czech isn’t really up to scratch so can’t tell you anything more about it !
Early Bellanca ?
Those Texans don’t gamble rashly. Amiot it is. Over to you, Moze.;)
Right, time to move on. It’s the Grulich (Deutscher Aero-Lloyd) S.1 from 1925.
This is a lot easier – a little later than the above – and is, believe it or not, a fighter.
Thanks Laurence – recognised the photo – (don’t have many unclothed birds in my collection)……:dev2:
Here’s one which might last a little longer than my usual efforts..
It’s a Fokker D-VII built under licence by Alfred Comte, awaiting its Mercedes lump.
Yes, Laurence, the one and only Rollason Sea Turbulent…
This won’t last long amongst you heavyweights, but I find this wee floater very cute…
Must be the Kalgoorlie Biplane then ??
PM from me too, Jan.
From Duxford..
Don’t know about the thing in front, but is that a 262 lurking in the long grass behind the 190 ????
Spot on, Thomas, although to be absolutely correct, I think it is the Dominion Skytrader ! Over to you..
Sorry for the delay, chaps. Been suffering from a nasty attack of the dreaded gout. (If you’ve never had it, pray that you don’t !)
Here’s something a bit different – a utilitarian machine which looks familiar – but is it ?
Looks French, but this girl is a rosbif.
A bit of a tonguetwister, the Broughton-Blaney Brawny.
