Indeed. NIV (Koolhoven) FK 34 it is…
Who’s next ??
Not French, but fairly adjacent. Prototype only – came to a sticky (or rather soggy) end……..
We’ll stick to the water..
This one, Walter, is the Frenard Duck by Fred Arnoldi.
Yes, the Revathi pic I posted was VT-XAH.
Yes indeed, John. I suspect there was a lot of scratching through Aerofiles – this one does look so American…..
I’faith, here be a feisty charger for thy consideration…..
‘Tis the Argentinian Horten, the IAe.41
We’ve the same problem with the long-running thread at the Outhouse – over 5000 posts now and this old duffer has duplicated several times already – it’s an age thing you know…..
I’ll never forget the Strathallan Mossie – I saw it the day it arrived – from above ! We were up on a parachute lift – I was due first out, when we were told to delay as an aircraft without R/T was arriving. Imagine the joy as I looked down and saw that glorious machine touch down.
Needless to say when we got down we were all over it. Wish I could get the Tardis to zip me back there……

I think it’s the Avro Type 554 Antarctic Baby.
Thanks, Steve, for that.
I am curious about repaints of warbirds etc. What are the rules – how much of the civilian reg has to be displayed ? Do the ‘proprietors’ of the replicated insignia (in this case the Irish Air Corps) have to be consulted ?
I would appreciate if someone familiar with repaints could give us chapter and verse – by the way, the Chippie looks terrific !
