Van and Taxi drivers.
Universal c**ts of the road.
how can it not be compared it has been lost a few weeks and they have enough evidence to say it has crashed into the ocean thus meaning it could easily be compared
The only similarities are circumstance. It is a plane. It was over water. It disappeared.
And that is were the similarities, albeit purely circumstantial, end.
With AF447, the Air France flight that went down in 2009 (not 2006), we had a more precise fix on it’s location care of on board communication devices.
Also, as the plane stalled into the sea, its on board systems monitoring sent back a plethora of alerts pertaining to various system failures. Then all went silent. The first wreckage was spotted on day 2. More wreckage and bodies were recovered in the following week.
With MH370, absolutely nothing came from the aircraft that hinted at trouble. The transponder stopped transmitting, yet the plane is tracked turning left on a westerly heading, holding altitude. Not the behaviour of a plane stalling out of the sky.
So far, not so much as a sick back has been found from the flight. Nothing. Nadda. Niente.
It as far removed from AF447 as a dinosaur is from a chicken nugget.
Then you did.
Dinosaurs are perhaps long distant relatives of Chickens, but sufficiently far apart as to be completely separate species.
As are these two aviation accidents/incidents.
well seeming as though most birds are the evolutions of dinosaurs that would mean that dinos are closer to chicken nugets than u think
I believe you missed the point 😉
Japan is an enigma. It is a nation of very clever people who have helped with the technological evolution. But beneath that façade of enlightenment is a dark, inhumane nature that wilfully kills defenceless animals for sport and money. Whales and Dolphins are nothing but friendly. They will come up to you and say hello in their own ways, Dolphins especially. They are incredibly intelligent. Dolphins have even been seen helping out other animals in distress. Something rarely seen in the animal kingdom.
To slaughter them so senselessly and in such a painfully, drawn out, way angers me beyond the ability to express my feelings in words.
Dayum…. I guess when it’s your time, it’s your time!
This is either extreme hubris or an April Fool. I suspect it is the latter!!:applause:
The man is arrogant and self important enough to do that.
But I suspect it is a joke in this case.
Titanic is about 2 miles down.
I read somewhere that there are one or two trenches in the Indian Ocean that go down 20,000 feet. That’s, as near as makes no difference, 4 miles.
The pingers on the “Black boxes” only have a max 5 mile range underwater. And I may be exaggerating there. I don’t have the exact figures to hand.
In deep water, you literally have to be right on top of the recorder with no other noise pollution to detect it by sonar or listening devices.
This of course means, they need to know where to look!
With the Air France flight 447 wreck, they literally stumbled across it while conducting a search pattern. That was 2 years after they were able to narrow the search area to a 10,000 square mile chunk of the Atlantic.
What the searchers are face with in this instance however is the entire Indian Ocean. Millions of square miles of deep water with troughs/canyons plunging to 20,000 feet or more. And if it’s in one of those, forget ever finding it!
They tried that. Was dropped like a hot rock when Boeing announced the 77F program. Also lots of 747s that are more suited will be available.
Coke cans are the future for old A380s
Like when Posh Beckham reported the attempted abduction of her child from the middle of Harrod’s (of all places), just as she was releasing a book and album?
Don’t tell me that was a coincidence!
Does in my language…….
Speaking of which. You realise the French contributed quite a few words to the English language. Are you against speaking, reading and writing English?
French is French after all, regardless how small a part the French is.
I really don’t get the aversion to the metric system?
The metric system makes all the sense in the world, hence why most of the world uses it! It’s intuitive, easier to calculate, more precise and has the benefit of being easy to teach. The imperial system is overly complicated, outdated and counter intuitive. It’s had its day.
Looks like Boeing made the right call opting for a smaller high tech jet
I was once called a blind fan boy for saying exactly that on here.
Why are Pirates cool?
Because they Aaaarrrr.
