I bunked off school to see 3 Concordes at Glasgow Airport in the 1980’s.

Ren, I would have bunked off if I wasn’t doing my GCSE’s :D.

Hi,

sad sight indeed…Ansett was one of the best airlines flying.

They also had one of the nicest livery’s.

Hi,

The IL-62 is one of my favourite Russian aircraft and its a shame that Aeroflot are retiring them :(. Like Thomas Cook said Aeroflot are introducing more modern Western built aircraft into there fleet.

G-BWDA and G-BWDB are registered to Aeronautix Leasing in the Isle Of Man, why not Aurigny?

Hi,

You could try the Royal Hotel at Kerkyra (Corfu) – Ioannis Kapodistrias (CFU / LGKR). It is very close to the runway, and it is also very cheap to stay there. It is shown on the picture below.

Hi,

By the way, TCX’s brief flirtation with the deli bag was a short term cost cutter after 911 had kicked us in the ging gangs.

I had the deli bag on a flight with TXC (then JMC) last year inbound from Mahon (MAH). It was very good :D.
