Yes it does but it is riveted together in the flattened state. if you look carefuly at the white painted area it looks as if it may have had writing painted on it.
Cheers Ian , they are similar Geodetic structure, There are some more numbers on the plate that seem to show up better on the photo than when you look at the real thing.

Good question , difficult to say unless there is a turreter’s club or meet? The only thing we could do is get members to note individual’s they know who restore.
I can think of one and that was the Frazer Nash done by the Stirling project.
