A German forumite just posts this:
“An indication speaks for it: The G91 (see the two airplanes in the background) was manufactured and/or overhauled in Oby!”
(Oby – ‘Oberbayern’ – Bavaria (County) where Oberpfaffenhofen is located)

RAF10 with ‘Hutchinson Henlows’ enscribed is possibly White Avro Cadet 640 G-ACPB, used by the Cobham Circus in 1934 with two others of the mark painted red and blue. The name could refer to a Mr Hutchinson who was Cobhams chief engineer of that year.

Info c/o V.S. on Air Britain abix forum…there was a photo and letter in Aeroplane Monthly Apr74 from JM Darwin of Swindon of the Sea Eagle behind the hangars used by BOAC at Heston ca.1951…in good condition grey with black underneath….scan attached
1926 “The loss of the ” Sea Eagle,” G-EBGS, at Guernsey, through being rammed by a ship whilst at moorings during the night, also occurred during the same year.”
http://www.flightglobal.com/pdfarchive/view/1931/1931%20-%201056.html
“… Sea Eagle G-EBGR was considered redundant and was withdrawn from use.
The hull was preserved and exhibited alongside the Short Empire flying boat, Capella, at the British Power Boat Company’s display at Hythe, Hampshire, in February 1938. Finally, wrongly marked as G-EBGS, it was presented to John Brancker of BOAC in September 1949 by Victor Paine (half-brother of Hubert Scott-Paine) then publicity manager of Vickers (Aviation) who had acquired Supermarine in 1928. It was stored at Hythe base and then moved to Heston where problems of maintenance and storage caused it to be burnt on 13th February 1954.

Afternoon chaps…
Does anybody here have any close-up photos of a propeller fitted to any of the surviving Bucker Bu181’s which include any manufacturers marks/decals? My reason for asking is that we are trying to identify a decal photographed on the propeller fitted on the Bu182 Kornett, a small scan can be viewed below:
Why am I asking about the Bu181… well, I have a theory that the propeller could have been manufactured by Hirth who provided the 105hp HM504 engine used on the Bu181. I know from my library that the Bu182 was fitted with a 80hp Bucker BuM700 so am guessing that the Hirth propeller was used on both types… so any help or pointers appreciated 🙂
Cheers

I hope I’m asking in the right place, I’m after any information or photos regarding G-AGJG from the Late 50s’, early 60s’ for a project. Alas everything I’ve come across so far is from the current colour scheme.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Was just informed, that the Klemm L20 I B (Daimler) s/n 53 was shipped from Texas to Argentina in 1937.
She is stored in bits and pieces in worst condition – but the owner wants to start a rebuilding/restoring project.
