A proper aerial Land Rover then 🙂
The Maule used to do the same. Weed a lot out of one side too. IIRC has to select the LEFT tank when parked.
Biggles of 266 removed his post so this last bit won’t make sense.
They’re just quoting what the source has said.
PP is back in the news again
Well that was all very gentlemanly. Well done. You’ll do all the mods out of a job 🙂
Seek out the planning permission on Stratford DC’s website and give it a good read. The original aviation impact assessment conducted by submitor concluded there’d be no impact. A revision plan puts it a nadger further away aiui. Can’t help thinking a suitably equipped aircraft with on board video cameras would help provide evidence of this lunacy. I don’t think the non aviation half of the owning family (if this is still the case) won’t stop until the airfield is suffocated. Happy to be corrected on any of the above!
Looks like that information is on the rolling ticker?
Oh please – at least someone in the RAF has bothered to try at last! 🙂
Maybe, maybe we need a rule on that. If its older than Moggy, it’s allowable 😉
I haven’t, except to suggest you change the thread title to something like First Visit to RIAT – advice needed, or something like that….:)
Sorted 😉
Rob I meant aeros with streamers attached.
Hampden look up diurnal effects 🙂
The FR24 ipad interface has been revised over the past few months. Reg can be turned on for the map overlay under settings as Charlie says. Pretty epic to watch a friend or loved one flying over the oceans.
I remember that and was 2 feet off on my first ever attempt!

Was a subdued and somewhat cool evening display. But I haven’t been for seven or eight years to one so quite nice to go. Loved the Chippy banner display and Storch antics. Said hello to Pete H. Also the girlfriend now knows and very much likes the noise of a Spitfire. Drive back that evening was brilliant. Did anyone clock the sunset?
