Melv, you can fly a G-reg on a foreign licence.
Have fun
Neil
Mel, this forthcoming week looks good with the establishment of high pressure over the UK. Even I might get up in the Maule 😮 😮 😮
How is G-DAKK fairing after SCA went bust? Is she being kept airworthy? Looks like her CofA has expired 🙁
Nope, it’s BVTX.
Neil
Nice work on the new website J-L!
I really enjoyed last year’s visit to Verchocq. Hope to see you again soon.
Neil
So are you after an JAA ATPL ground school? This will helps by combining CPL+IR.
Neil
Neal I bet it is. Recall seeing the placing of the number in the 3Rs regs. Air Racing in a Chippy – how cool and how much fun would that be? 😎
Indeedy. Does the “78” denote an air racing number?
Cool! I had my first ever flight on ‘PY. This would have been late 85 or early 86 through a school trip when I was 10. Baginton’s changed a lot since then. We had our pciture in the local paper and I was quoted as wanting to fly “when I grow up”. This is true but missed out on the Fuglie scheme where I may have been able to fly a Dak for real!
Got any of AMPY in Northwest colours c. ’85/’86?
What would it take to get that Cosford Moz flying again? There aren’t that many flying hours on the airframe I believe.
Hi, this doesn’t help but will assist in your research. Have you looked at the listings on landings.com ?
Hopefully…and yes naturally! Get Corley to stick it in his diary 🙂
When working in the flying club I’ve openly chatted to anyone that walks through the door – even those in work uniform. My brother works in the trade. Though only young his more senior collegues earn a lot more than I do due to the shortage in trade skills we have in the UK. Potential punter these sorts because they have money to burn.
It can certainly be clique  😉
Twas a bad experience. Better to go when when a) the couldnt-care-less admin girlie is not there b) the CFI is not busy and on the ground or c) the owner is watching a) 😀
