Also try re-installing

If that fails we can try something more drastic

Is firefox.exe running under Processes in Task Manager? (ctrl+alt+del)

Sounds a bit excessive in even in old build terms :p

I’m 6ft1, the fence is taller. I used my arms not a step ladder 😉 I have been merrily snapping away this afternoon whilst taking the dog on a walk with my N95. I’ve passed this ambulance by a good few months now and had wondered.
