Crashed, near Hong Shui Keng mountainous area, Xin Liao Village, Liu Gui Town, Kao Hsiung County.
Two crew were killed. Bodies recovered by SAR helo to Kang Shan Hospital.

This is his third flight. Previously completed two classes of two hours of flight training.
Graduated from electrical engineering at Lung Hwa (Long Hua) University of Science and Technology.

Witnesses claimed the crash site was a river valley bottom. They saw a fireball, noise, and they phoned the fire department.
Training flight was from Qi Shan Town, Kao Hsiung County; to training area in northern Chia Yi County. Flight ceiling was 12,000′.
3402 imported from Canada in 1985. Safe flight time is 16,000 hours.
Before accident, flight time is 7,600 hours. Engine inspection completed on 14 December.
