blame the recent delays on the age of the aircraft, the B752’s are young, or thats what we would be saying if it was My Travel, i just cant understand whats happening at Thomas Cook.
it will be possibly due to the hurricane will it not
The Excel delay
it will be possibly due to the hurricane will it not
does this mean he slipped on the steps upto the aircraft then or at one of the doors as steps were moved away
it this time in the season where the planes have been running non-stop maybe 2 times a day, sometimes 3, they get a bit worn down
im not really sure why you keep mentioning that flight, because a lot has changed in the 4 years that have past.
i think you just had a one off bad experience, i certantly would reccommend them to anyone anywhere and always will.
i have seen this mentioned somewere in an airliner world magazine i am sure of that, not sure which one. They also commented on the two airlines boasting the same livery, except for the flyjet and ata/
The latest news on this is
Excel are operating the flight on the B767-300 on behalf of thomas cook and it operates fortnightly, the airport is called santa carla.
yes i agree, but with the airports possibly not opening until Monday morning, it looks like a late sunday night set off for the glasgow pax.
But that leaves the question how are thomas cook going to play this, they have a vancover flights leaving on Sunday, Cancun on Monday, nothing on tuesday from Manchester, if they use their own aircraft to bring pax back then these flights are going to be put at least 48 maybe even 72 hours behind schedule.
no doubt hundreds of passengers will come back and say, what a disgrace thomas cook is, canceling flights.
My reply to them
“would you like to be flying through the middle of a hurricane”
“no didnt think so”
its not just thomas cook though now, the airports have closed down, so everything in and out of orlando, sanford, miami, tampa are closed until at least Sunday.
