Have had a dig around and there doesn’t seems much of an update, what is the current status on repair, have they got an ETA to service yet?
Regards
Andy
Amended timetable currently up to Feb 2011 so wont be before that.
It will be one of the ex FCA B767’s.
More technical problems with the TC 75’s and also the 76 was tech yesterday, the mint airways B757 might as well be on permanent lease to TCX:D
Can you remember if it was 2-3 or 3-3 seating as the latter would be Airbus, former MD-80, i suspect MD-80 however.
The names of the airlines will not change until at least 2009, just both on the 1 AOC.
Most of the week 3 x B767
it depends on the loads, a light load means a direct flight and HUX wasnt that popular to start with so refulleing didnt happen.
Apparently Puerto Vallarta has swapped with HUX as the Manchester only flight, whilst HUX was moved to LGW for next year, not this.
However this is not set in stone because the possible TUI merger could mean there would be double flights to PVR from MAN.
I have never doubted is said it, but it must be a mistake in the brochure.
Just that FCA never planned any flights to HUX from Gatwick, only from Manchester.
All i can say is there has never been or planned to be any flights to HUX from LGW, only from MAN.
HUX has only ever been from Manchester, and has gone today from Manchester.
PVR is from LGW and MAN and this is available.
You can upgrade the IFE to Skytime Premier for £5 each TV, this can be done through the cabin crew.
The TV system will come from the arm and is moveable.
A lot of people are saying that they regret paying for upgrades to Premier because there is not much difference.
Thomson are Refurbishing their Long Haul planes. I believe the first one is now back in the UK and will be in service this weekend.
So the new cabin should be even better than the pictures shown. Thomson’s website shows info on what the cabin will be like, but no decent pictures.
From LGW though.
Great Pictures.
The outbound aircraft was G-MDBD
Is there any changes to the interior of this a/c
