if I wanted to know the date that EC 1/7’s last Jaguar made its final flight (presumably to Chateudun, or for display somewhere). Actually that last question is one I’d like an answer to!
the following six Jaguar A and E variants as having been flown into final retirement at Chateaudun on July 6th from their former base at St.Dizier:
A131/7-HF, A139/7-HU, A145/7-HG, A151/7-HJ, E40/7-HX and E22/7-HB (special retirement colour scheme).

I have respect for your clear knowledge. But you swallow too easy the Rafale datas and AdA PR spin.
Look at numbers: in 2005 was scheduled 15 deliveries yes? So far there is a huge total of 3. And 2 of those only just in miraculous time for the Paris Salon in June!
You ask before how I know. It seems you are the only one like the ostrich head buried in the sand. All other informed persons know. These are facts. You can find yourself all delivery and acceptance data for both types. Hypocrite, no, when you say Jacko is lazy for the same thing?
Only point in Jackos 1st post I see I differ with is the Rafale v Last Gunfighter abilities.
So far none of your argument have stood the test of time and yet you atempt to prove that Typhoon is entering service earlier than F2 Rafales.
You must be the only person who dont know this:
Hallbermoos – 29 Jun 2005
Today single-seat Eurofighter SS003 was handed over to the Spanish Air Force at Moron. This was the 50th production aircraft delivered to the partner Air Forces. On the same day the 51st production aircraft for the German Air Force was handed over at Manching.
In addition to the 51 aircraft already delivered, all 96 remaining aircraft in Tranche 1 are in the process of construction.
Deliveries to date are: RAF 15 (+2 IPA); Lutfwaffe 13 (+1 IPA); EdA 9 (+1 IPA), and AMI 9 (+1 IPA).
Rafales: 9 x Aeronavale, 5 x AdA (CEAM: 4 x B, 1 xC)
Please dont declare 10 x Rafale M: s/n 1 is always with CEV
By this time all the 1/7 will have been officially declared Ops ready.
Already declared that ‘Provence’ will not be at Saint Dizier for at least another 13 months. Lets see if 2007 is still on the horizon at that time.
We like our datas real life and Operational conditions, not laboratory and theorical.
Then you post a page from Fox 8 pdf which dont even have correct the number of Rafale with CEAM at MdM
Attacks like this can be cosidered to be nothing less than treason and I believe the death penalty is still applicable to those convicted of treason. It should be applied to anyone convicted of conspiring to commit acts of terrorism.
Beside the fact that killing solves nothing but creates martyrs, you are mistaken:
1998. Death penalty abolished for crimes committed under military jurisdiction.
20th May 1998. On a free vote during a debate on the Human Rights Bill, MPs decided by 294 to 136, a 158 majority, to adopt provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights outlawing capital punishment for murder except “in times of war or imminent threat of war”. The Bill incorporates the European Convention on Human Rights into British law.
July 31st 1998. The Criminal Justice Bill of this year removed High treason and piracy with violence as capital crimes, thus effectively ending capital punishment.
27th January 1999. The Home Secretary (Jack Straw) formally signed the 6th protocol of the European Convention of Human Rights in Strasbourg, on behalf of the British government formally abolishing the death penalty in the UK. It had been still theoretically available for treason and piracy up to 1998 but it was extremely unlikely that even if anyone had been convicted of these crimes over the preceding 30 years that they would have actually been executed. Successive Home Secretaries had always reprieved persons sentenced to death in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man where the death sentence for murder could still be passed and the Royal Prerogative was observed.

Kovy: correct is it that Rafale F2 wont be LGB capable for many years to come to save money? Air Force say they have enough M2000D for the job already.

French Jews increasingly worried by anti-Semitism
November 17, 2003
A growing number of members of the Jewish community in France are questioning their whole future in the country amid a rise in anti-Semitism, Israel’s ambassador in Paris Nissim Zvili said.
“Many Jews in France are wondering about their future in this country,” he told public radio yesterday.
“The phenomenon of anti-Semitism in France has reached worrying proportions. There have been lots of attacks against Jews, against people and their possessions, and fear is becoming deep-rooted in the Jewish community.”
Between 2000 and 2500 Jews were now leaving France each year for Israel, the ambassador added.
Mr Zvili was speaking after a fire badly damaged a Jewish school building on the outskirts of the French capital on Saturday.
France’s Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy has said that the blaze was most likely the result of an anti-Semitic arson attack.
Mr Zvili said that “classic and persistent anti-Semitism” was being fanned by the continuing Israeli-Palestinian conflict and questioning by the left in France of Israel’s right to exist.
If it is ‘fascist’ to tell you the truth then so be it: it is you who is in denial and should be asking questions of your country. There are none so blind as they who will not see.
