The difference between a cannon and a machinegun is the calibre.
20mm and above = cannon
Below 20mm = machinegun
Atleast according to my military training.
Was the MG 151/15, as fitted in the early Me 109F’s, considered as a cannon or a heavy machinegun?
Canadians flew the Tempest, but while in RAF squadrons.
Do you know anything about this?
As someone who was born and raised on a farm, This whole ” chemtrail ” issue reeks of bull pizzle and horse hocky. I had an argument with this twit at work a while back on this subject. He had read something about chemtrails and was now an expert on the subject. He had noticed that there were more and more trails in the sky than a few years before. I had to tell him it was just water in the jet exhaust and the reason there were more of them in the sky was because our local airport was now an international not just a regional airport. Our local population has risen by about 40% in the last 15 years. to over 100k. Also there were at least 3 other small airfields that are big enough for a twin-jet Boeing or Airbus liner that have been built in the region, to handle all the fly-in/fly-out workers at the new oilsands plants. Someone else told him it was no good arguing with me on aviation as that was about all I knew anyway.
Do you mean polo?
But that is what they want you to believe…!
Think ” road apples “.
As a natural-born Canadian farmboy, this smells like fresh, warm BS to me.

I have recently come across a couple more photos showing the bulges on the collector ring.
Could it be from under the rear fuselage of a Halifax?
Chris
Well, I guess you can upload pictures, but it’s slow!
Chris
