The drawing I have is on the back cover of High Flight Volume 1 Number 1. It was published by Canada’s Wings Inc. in 1980. On close examination, it’s probably not the best drawing but there’s not a lot to choose from.

Built with larger vertical tail (unofficially known as Mk. III with this tail). Used to test this enlarged vertical fin. Fitted with spin chute for these trials. Delivered to No. 120 Squadron, summer of 1940. To No. 3 Training Command in 1941.

first date: 10 September 1940 taken on strength
last date: 20 April 1944 Struck off

There is one American forum that I occasionally visit that thinks this guy is the cat’s behind! I almost got the boot when I mentioned how he rips off other sites, forums and books to post ” his ” stuff and how he never ever makes any comments afterwards.

Haven’t you heard? According to the father of the drowned child, it all Canada’s fault. We didn’t let him into the country, even though he hadn’t/didn’t fill out he proper papers yet. Even though his sister, who lives in British Columbia, had sponsored his brother in Germany but not him or his family, it’s the fault of the Canadian government. It’s not the fault of the ” smugglers ” who he paid 4000 Euros to ( that he got from his sister ), who’s boat capsized on the way to Corfu.
Oh no, it’s all Canada’s fault!
