No only a replica but not the working thing!!!
only intended for the museum.
Mr. hallo84,
>>It is you who have not shown any respect towards me first. Come to your senses? of what? <<
Yes, precisely I apologised of not taking special care when it came to handling your psychological sensitivity.
Hereby I apologise once gain if my previous apology didn’t suffice.
But I do have a few tips for you to gain ‘respect’:
1) Be careful with numbers and claims.
2) Don’t rush into awkward statements and situation
3) Read over your new posts and edit them if necessarily.
4) Admitting mistake and apologise for mistake made is a sign of confidence and manhood.Enuff said.
Maybe you should follow your own rules first before of criticizing others.
Before your lame comment, it is you who dragged everything into psychological sensitivity with you quote โPlease excuse me my lack of foresight to handle your fragile psyche with more tender care.โ
To be honest I don’t feel ashamed of what I posted and so unlike someone I will not change what I have posted! No one needs to gain respect since it is courteous to show others respect before hands and you would only demand respect afterwards.
Mr. castor’s question
>>Isn’t is so that people aren’t allowed to move around freely within China as well? That would make the need of commercial jets far less than their population could make you think.<<Mr. Castor might be ignorant on daily life in china but apparently he was talking about an aviation need
Mr. Hallo84’s immediate reply:
>>well it was so 20 years ago…but now shanghai alone expect a poplutation flux of 2 million per day. That means that about 2 million chinese comes and leaves shanghai each day.<<Are we so dumb not to understand that hallo84 implied the followings:
1) 2 millions people enter shanghai from outside shanghai and an equal number leave shanghai on a daily basis.OR/AND
2)2 millions people in shanghai suburb go to downtown shanghai to work and return to the suburb on a daily basis.
The first one is absolutely nonsense and the second one is a daily commuting over land issue and has nothing to do with aviation.
In the future, if I make a silly statement similar to the above, I hope you could jump to my defense just like that.
Absolutely my last words on this unncessarily long exchange. :diablo:
maybe I need to clear up my post since so much people is making such a big deal out of it!
I simply meant that in shanghai 2 million people either enter or leave on a daily basis and this is the official stat provided by the shanghai municipality. I did not specify by which way of transportation since Castor commented that Chinese were not allowed to move about in China. Being so it is fair to implay that there is a proportional amout of the 2 million commuters being transported by air. Please keep in mind that it is sometimes cheaper to to travel by air than by train especially for all the business men who are short on time.
Your quote being “Come to your senses, shanghai does not have 2 millions people coming to and leaving the city each day. That figure could well mean total number of non-resident residents in shanghai.”
1)It is you who have not shown any respect towards me first. Come to your senses? of what?
2)it is fair to judge your response as that it is absolutely impossible to have 2 million commuters each day in shanghai.
My response was simply that you have no idea what you are talking about.
Come to your senses, shanghai does not have 2 millions people coming to and leaving the city each day. That figure could well mean total number of non-resident residents in shanghai.
WTF are you talking about??? Shanghai has a pop of around 20 million…
With the high ratio of migrant workers and business men this number is very realistic. 2 million was the official number published by shanghai municipality unless if you can prove the government wrong.
Isn’t is so that people aren’t allowed to move around freely within China as well? That would make the need of commercial jets far less than their population could make you think.

As required some pics of MiG 1.44 ? 1.42
Thanks!
The tail section and lay out of XXJ are extremely similar to the 1.42…
but the intake are side intakes instead?
shouldn’t you boys give it a rest……Getting really boring…..
PS:
HT has updated his site…..XXJ section….
Guess that pic I posted contained a XXJ version after all….
looks like the mig 1.44…
BTW can anyone post up a pic of mig 1.44 so we can compare!
…SSN are expensive not only in building costs and also in operation costs. SSN are suited for deep dive long range patrols in the oceans. ie. blue water force. I don’t think Brazil needs such a force since they have nothing to protect from… there is absolutely no USSR SSN after brazil as in the case of the cold war with US. France and Britain have SSBN for their nuclear deterrance. Brazil does not have a nuke program and thus have almost no use of a SSBN.
Australia spends $800 million for a ship that carries eight planes while the US sinks a perfectly good aircraft carrier that operated 90 aircraft. What a waste. ๐
different operations parameters and goals.
Auzzies woulden’t go off building a CVG and risk political opposition.
wow a what mixup of history here…!!!
Well Iraq was proamerican before the gulf war and Iran was proUSSR.
This just shows how much effort was put into the lies to cover up the CIA impatence.
Pic 1: Another UBK…..
Pic 2: Notice anything different about the Z-9…
Z9 with a sensor pod for recon mission??? or is it IR sensor for target info…???
CIA newest secret weapon
cloaked fighter… :diablo:
Can someone summarize whats in the KJ-2000 article posted by Showtime
Basically said the indeginous KJ-2000 is more advanced to Russian and eraly american counterparts. Was developed after canellation of Phelcon A-50I system from IAI and Russian A-50E. The KJ-2000 has PAR radar developed in Nanjing. Electronically scanned radar at S-band frequency. Location was not because of Taiwan crisis but because the top radar institute #14 was based in nanjing.
South Korea will deploy 300km class cruise missile on KDX-3. Space has been reserved for KD-2, but it seems unlikely that the government will deploy the missiles on these class.
As for the gentleman who seems very eager to pick a fight with me, I’m simply providing info, no need to get all worked up over it.
I’m not trying to pick a fight with you. But I’m simply trying to point out that KDX-3 is still on the drawing board. Anything is a possibility for it. You are basing your argument that KDX-3 is one of the top 3 DDG in Asia although nothing has been built yet.
KD-2 is 5000ton general purpose destroyer with focus on the AAW segment of its combat capability. 32 cell Mk41 is loaded with SM-2MR missiles. It’s a shady department in terms of DDG. It’s on the level with non-AEGIS era air defense ships, but has been designed to work in supporting role with the KDX-3. KDX-3 has begun construction, btw, with expected launch date of early 2008.
you are arguing for a ship that is nonexistant. like I said the KDX-3 hull haven’t even been layed out yet and remains to be seen which systems would be fitted on the thing.
It like arguing that KDX-3 is the strongest ship in asia but too bad it’s not finished yet so I can’t prove anything. :diablo:
