Well no, they would clamp down on the “easy” to solve crime, such as driving offenses and litter dropping.

Was pulled over by the police yesterday on the way back from work policeman stopped me and said he saw “a silver golf jump a set of traffic lights in town”.

Only reply I need to show him up was……
