-Anti-Shipping, which must be stressed, you must have a number of Anti-Shipping missiles with range of no less than 70kms to engage enemy Surface Ships and Aircraft Carriers
I’d buy AP-3C Orions as outer layer and for inner layer I’d go for weaponised PC-12’s, if they can’t handle the job then I’d buy P-95’s from Brazil or BN-2’s from Britain.
-Strike of enemy ammo depots, bases, etc
How many F-111’s are in the bone yard in Arizona? There really is no other option on this call, and I’d support a strike package with EF-111’s
-Heavy Close Air Support with either Fixed Wing or Helicopter aircraft. You are heavily outnumbered
In this case I’d have a mix, F-2’s with Brazilian A-1’s for aircraft and Helo I’d go for A-129I’s (Small, fast and highly manouverable, not to mention hard hitting)
-Border Patrol & Surveillance, you must watch your borders for any enemy activities or watch for surprise attacks
Hmmm this is a little trickier
I’d have to go for AT-29’s from Brazil, teamed with P-68 Observer aircraft, and PC-12 Eagle’s watching from a dictance!
-Must have Light/Medium and Heavy Transports which must be Fixed Wing aircraft

I’d have four levels of flight training:
1. Glider Training- this gives everyone the basic flight skills needed.
2. Basic Flight Training- I’d use CT-4E’s to give students a taste of powered flight with basic aerobatics, also used for streaming fixed wing and helo pilots
3. Mid Level Flight Training- I’d use Super Tucano’s basic weapons training, mid level aerobatics, basic tactics. Also used to Stream pilots on fixed wing areas
4. Advanced Training- Hawk Lifts for fast jet, Beech King Air 200 for multi engine training and nav training.
