Personally I like it, Kab yours is a little too dull for my liking, maybe we should have ELAL do something similar, say a blue Cheat line down the side of the plane with a portion of the star of David displayed on the tail.

What Monster forgot was that the PM of our little Island down here also uses the Dassult 900D’s which are soon to be replaced by the Challenger jets. He also uses the B707’s for some trips, but now he maily uses the BBJ’s or 900’s

That’s the one that was used in the Ace of Aces movie which was it, 3 or 4, the one where they fly modified WWII planes with nice new toys in them. IIRC Louis Gossit Jnr’s character flew that one.

Actually mate, it’s on of three now flying, and another one is soon to join them, all of the Zeke’s are fully restored from parts found in various places around the world, three were used in PH with the rest being the T-6 copies, or digitally added, I read the full story about it some time ago in a Flypast mag (Or was it Flight Path, I’ll have to check on that).

Anyway yes it was in accurate in the movie, they were flown in those colours sadly, yet the light grey was the colour of the day for IJN, in fact these machines were not of the IJN, but actually the IJA, but the signifigance of adding them was thought to be a powerfull reminder/message. Trust Hollywood to stuff it up.

Another thing, are there any “Tarpon’S” still around? These were the modifided Avengers used by the RN FAA as bombers not Torpedo bombers.

With Australian and CIA/FBI agents now on the case, they have now released statements from eye-witnesses saying that two white vans were involved with a total of 8 people involved, 7 of which were nationals (Indonesians), and one with the apperence of a Middle Eastern male. Australia, America and Indonesia now believe that Al queda are responcible with the help of Jamal Islamia or a splinter facton of JI.

America and the UK are also backing Australia in a call for the UN to place a ban on JI as a group, but officials in Indonesia are simply denying that the group exisit in their country.

One Ex-TNI/AU (Indonesian Air Force) person has admitted to helpping assemble the bomb, and has subsequently been placed under arrest.

Growning concerns over the security of the site and increasing restrictions to the morge are now starting to cause problems for the relatives who are still looking for their loved ones. All travel by Australian nationals is still restricted.

Qantas are now facing law suite over their involvement in penny pinching, with familly members having to pay upto and over $3300 for a ticket to fly into Bali on mercy missions, a normal ticket doesn’t cost more than $800 return, but Qantas are claiming that their insurence is pushing up the price of the tickets. An investigation is now underway by the consumer industry.
