Anyway, it does seem to show that much of an independent Scotland would still be ruled by a ‘distant’ capital government with policies that did not necessarily suit the more remote regions.

    Exactly.

It shows me that Glasgow should break off and form its own little country, I’m sure the Yes voters who so adamantly believe in the right to self determination would have no problem with that…

    Yup, great casting. 🙂

If there is a weak link, it could be the scriptwriter: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0566100/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1

The directors past work isn’t great either, with a notable exception being Dorian Gray (2009): http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0662529/#director

But even if it only has a little of the magic that made the original so entertaining, it will be good. 🙂

    Instead, they should:

    – Use rainwater reclamation for the toilets and for gardening as much as possible.
    – fit lever water valves to WCs instead of cisterns, so only using exactly how much water is needed, not in 6ltr or 3ltr increments (on dual flush WCs)
    – meter water usage per dormitory and charge accordingly. When it hits the students in their pockets, they’ll soon learn to change.

People with mental health issues have a problem with people taking offense on their behalf. They are the ones who create a stigma.

This is nothing but another cheap shot for some ill perceived political gain.

Now let’s think… Which party, if elected, will give us the referendum?

Seeing as it’s their only policy, that would be UKIP. 😀

ALL of the other main parties have previously promised referendums and not delivered. Why should we believe them now?

I REALLY hope UKIP win with a total landslide, just to show those in Westminster that their time of false promises, reckless spending (no pun intended) and ‘rubber stamping’ ever more devolution of powers to foreign governments is over.

I have as little time as you for our current government and opposition but I equally do not have much time for Farage either. He tells a good story over a good pint but Prime Minister? On no!!

Out of the current lot, who is PM material? I would say that Cameron is probably the best of a rotten bunch, followed by Farage. Clegg is somewhere on the horizon. I won’t even mention the Labour leaders name, as Abu Hamza would make a better PM than him. 😀

Defecation, urination and intercourse are all perfectly natural functions, but you can be fined for those in public. No one is denying that breast feeding is perfectly natural, but that doesn’t mean that everyone wants to see it.

Sadly, people seem less inclined to show consideration for those around them these days, and it is sorely missed.

The phrase ‘there’s no such thing as bad publicity’ belongs to UKIP. No matter the blunders, errors and unpopular sound bytes, they’re going from strength to strength. They’re now hovering around the late teens in the polls, and I wouldn’t be surprised if they achieve over 20% in the election.

No matter what people think of them, there’s no denying that they’ve given the legacy parties a most welcome boot up the rear. 🙂

What I would give for the P51c to be repainted in RAF colours for the next season, if she is staying :love-struck: In either camouflage/invasion stripes, or in PRU blue.

dealing with left wing anti Brexit bias in the educational establishment

I’m currently in College, and noticed on the timetable a 6 part voluntary discussion group on modern philosophy. 5 of those parts had generic study titles, while one entire session was dedicated to Marx. Make of that what you will.

When I was at uni, my lecturer insisted that Hitler couldn’t be considered a leader, because “the far right can’t be leaders”. She had no issue with Stalin and Mao being considered leaders.

There is most definitely left wing indoctrination happening in our places of Education.
