I’m after something as a restoration project to sit on my Gate. So not to bothered about what’s in the cockpit as long as it’s tidy and externally complete ish.

Thanks for your advice – but I don’t need you or anyone else to tell me what to do

I think the admin guys need to end the thread, people are starting to get a little childish, lol.

I think it’s time to put this thread to bed now, as everyone including Bruce has said out the thousands that go to the museum there is one or maybe two in a bad year that have a problem. In future send the museum a private Email do not start a thread on a public forum.

    Harrier XV810 Photo

Hi Mate, I’m currently restoring the cockpit of Harrier GR3 XV810. I bought her just over 18months ago and have built her up with parts from all over. (The cockpit was minus every part and panel) I have now mounted it on it’s own trailer and just trying to find the finishing bits. I have been taking it to shows all over Lincolnshire in the last few months and plan to do a lot more next year even further a field. So if anyone knows of any parts please let me know. Many thanks Richard

Hi Everyone, I have a harrier nozzle fairing spare and was wondering if anyone has the opposite side that they might want to swap for it. The fairing is very original and has an aircraft number marked on the back.

Hopefully I have managed to attach the picture, lol

There is three other parts that I’m also after and they are external panels. One is a small oval panel that sits at the front of the cockpit the smallest one of the three that there is on each side.

The second panel is a small rectangular panel that is one of two that goes each side of the intake (one above the other) it’s the hydraulic pump cover panel.

The third panel is the panel that is fitted just infront of the front nozzles it’s about 3ft long and 1.5ft wide.

If anyone has any leads on them we would be very greatful.

    Thanks in advance
