As I read it the poor nurse was the one on the ward not on the switchboard.If this is correct I would thiink it fair to assume she thought she was talking to the Queen. Jacintha Saldanha does not sound like a British born subject and may not easily recognise the Queens voice.

Aged, well-weathered and preferably waterlogged Canadian pine is preferred, apparently large stocks can be found close to a certain airport runway… bring your own shovel (and/or spade?)…
