What really is beyond me is the offence now called TWOCKING which is taking someones car without consent. Usually for joyriding by creatures that are under age or banned from driving then smashed up and burned out. The pond life that do this seem to get a police caution or a community service order.
It is not theft as they did not intend to permanantly deprive the owner of their vehicle. Would they really want a burnt out smashed shell back?

To me this is theft and some of the cars were valued at many tens of thousands of pounds. Driving without insurance or drunk would you or I get away with that? Also burning it out in my book that is arson( which I believe can still be punished with life in prison.)

These poor little miscreants seem to run rings around the law and they need stamping on hard not understood because of their deprived upbringing or the fact that they never had a teddy bear as a child(yes that was used as a defence in one case!) God help it if “mummys little soldier” wipes himself in a police chase along with his mates.

Still most times its a victimless crime, yes right until you come to reinsure your car!

What happens when you get it wrong…..ie the Birmingham 4 ?

Would you have executed the children in the Bulger case?

What would you do if a member of UK armed forces did what was alleged to have been recently done by the American Sargent?

If it was proved that the police were responsible for deaths at Hillsborough ? Execute them ?

Birmingham 4 I still have my doubts about them.

Bulger case. No they were children but they would still be locked up today.

Armed Forces. I would execute him if he was sane.

Hillsborough That was a monumental **** up with no intent of killing anyone. I would like to see those responsible brought to book though. How about all the fans that did the pushing and trampling did they not also have to live with what some of them did that day?

My answers may be clouded by the fact that I was a Soldier in NI during the troubles.

If you give someone a term of imprisonment it should mean just that.

Overcrowded prisons. Simple you have a captive work force.
Set them to work building more prisons. They will have some skills when they are released.

Nonces and rapists are unlikely to change their ways so Life for them

Murder is a tricky one for me. Crime of Passion(Ruth Ellis) a term of custody.
Bently who was to put kindly was a bit simple hung for five words “Let him have it Craig!” That phrase could have been taken two ways and I doubt he would even be convicted these days.

Terrorists, child killers and serial killers I would gladly see them executed.

Hanging is barbaric, so a lethal injection would sit well with me.

I am a Mod on other forums which have a majority of young members. Many have degrees and they cannot string two words together without spelling mistakes or any punctuation. I left school with no qualifications at all and my English is not perfect but I hope most members here can understand me. I do not use a spell check as thinking about a word often gives you the right spelling.
As a Mod I used to correct things but I gave that up as it became a full time job!

We have a member who is from Iraq and another from Estonia and their English is faultless. I asked them how and the answer was similar,”Because learning to speak and write good Engish is a passport to advancement in this world!”

I wish some of the natives of this Country would take a leaf out of their books!

Now you can pick my English to bits if you so wish!:D
