I have an American friend in the deep south who told me that if he was not a church goer he could kiss goodbye to promotion and perhaps his job.
I told that forum in a discussion that I was not a believer and the hate replies and the wishes that I burnt in hell or worse came flooding in from the good old USA. I do not care who believes what as long as they do not expect to convert me. In fact I an pleased if they can derive comfort and happiness from their beliefs.
