News from Verchocq.
A partnership has been struck with Le Touquet International Airport, allowing the residents of the Airpark.
An Airpark showroom will shortly be opening in the terminal building at Le Touquet.
May I remind you of the philosophy of our lease system, which allows you to purchase a new building without having to pay the cost of the land, a rental which also includes a variety of services and a place in an aeronautical village for a modest price (resume of costs on request).
The 5 year tacitly renewable lease, dependent on the resepct of the policy document, has been chosen in order to preserve the sociable nature and aeronautical activity of the site in the future, given the French legislation in this respect.
survey:
Following a comment from pilots: more security in the length of the lease;
a second proposition could be looked into, i.e. a notarial contract for 20 years, renewable at term. This second choice would be possible for a higher annual rent and increased notaire s fees, and bearing in mind that this type of lease would still be based on the same idea of an aeronautical village.
In an effort to improve the project, could I ask you to please let us know your thoughts on this?
Thank you in advance for your reply.

precision of rental contract
It needs to be pointed out that there has recently been a modification to the original rental contract for the airpark tenants, with regard to the tenure. It is important to note that the contract is indeed signed for a period of 5 years, but that it is automatically and tacitly renewed at the end of this period, if the terms of the policies and procedures document have been adhered to. This is done in order to protect the residents of the park as well as the management, and to promote a harmonious living environment. The rental scheme has been adopted in order to include the provision and maintenance of the services, including the runway and taxiways, the swimming pool, reception etc. which would not be provided for the same cost if the plots were sold as part of an estate development
