    The answer is simple.
    Modern aircraft are spin resistend.
    More poeple got killed by training than durring
    post ppl flying.
    So spinning is for the advanced and not for the beginner(pre PPL).

    Indeed after I passed my PPL I did some Spin training.
    Just to experience the feel.

    All certified Ga aircraft suppost to be spin resistened.
    That is the reason why the authoreties skiped this requerment.
    We are looking to posibilies to reduce the cost of initial training
    (NPPL) spin training only ads extras cost again.

    If you manage to spin a plane by accident you do some thing terribly wrong and you have to ask your self if it is safe to fly without further basic training.
    In case one spins an aircraft by accident I wonder if he/She will recover with or without training.
    Recovery from unusual atitudes is still part of the basic training.
