Heres a couple from one of my latest flights in the BAe 146-300 belonging to Flightline limited. Flight was from London City to Sheffield City Airport.

Hi

Been flying the RAF’s VC10 again. This time went up to RAF leeming from Brize Norton. Took about 45 Mins from take to Landing on runway 16.

Hi

I been flying the RAF’s Nimrod around yourkshire today. Took off out off Waddington before headingupto Leeds for a NDB missed approach to LBA’s runway 32 then headed out for a full stop landing on Humberside’s runway 21. (Passing the humber bridge on finals)

looked a bit high on the finals there mate

Its only the army in the cabin. They be use to steep and hard landings on Herc’s. Made a bad visual approach. If it had been passengers I would have come down the center fix.

I think the Thomson 757s vary in age, the one that I flew on in both directions (G-BYAY) was only manufactured in 1999, but for example G-BYAD was built in 1992.

I think the higher the letter (D-Y), the newer the 757 will be.

I dont think 1988 is really that old, G-PIDS is 1982, and G-OOOG that I flew last year was pretty close as well, 1989.

Here are the BY B757-200 fleet ages.

Hi the roumored routes to greece are said to be operating for Olympic Holidays which are using Astraeus on the Cyprus -Larnaca Route on sundays this summer.

Anyway here are the roumored routes as follows.

Corfu,Heraklion-Crete, Rhodes, Zakynthos-Zante.

Been thinking the Euro Manx RJ70 only had 70 seat onboard its aircraft while Astraeus have 148 seat’s on its 737-300. These flight will be only have full. so i guess thomsons will have to sell a lot more holidays from LBA.

I do also know that the Astraeus had regionally appiled for these flights but Thomson Holidays gave them to Euro Manx. So if they do a good job for the reminder of the season (Which they probllay will do & Have done so far at LBA this Summer) Thomson Holidays might give the flights to verona for next year to Astraeus plus a bit more work in the week to say palces in Greece which are much needed at LBA. (And have been roumored for a couple of weeks)

Hi

Its been roumored on pprune that Ryanair are to annonce another new route from Blackpool for the winter season to Turin this time.

Hope they can pull this one of as a sccess as the ryanair routes to Dublin, Gerona, Stansted, and all the new Monarch route to Malaga as well as the new Aberdeen city-star route.

My first flight was Manchester to Malaga, on board a Britannia Airways Boeing 737-200 on December 27TH 1988.

Returned the next year, Januray 1989 on another Boeing 737-200 of Britannia Airways (During my holiday the British Midland B737 Crashed at East Midlands) That how i remember my first flights.
