    The guys you can see in the picture are the engineers and owner. I have copies of the photos taken by the engineer on the left (about a second before the above shot……………..

    Superb stuff… just what we were looking for 🙂

    As for the reason for my asking, it’s simply due to a request here on the LEMB. If after searching my own library and image archives I cannot provide an answer, then I tap into the best message forums hunting for the answer. In this case, the FlyPast forum came up trumps, and to be honest, I didn’t expect anything else 😉

    If only that were the case Malcom… but like every good troll, you expertly manoeuvre around other interesting (and contributor factors) in the same post in a failed effort to cherry pick a small sound bite which you somehow feel reinforces your ridiculous insinuations! Just in case you missed it, here it is again for you:

    There were other circumstances happening during the take off that distracted the pilot and caused the poles to become an issue

    Indeed nuff said! Now where is that ignore feature?

    It takes a brave man, with big ******** to voice his (or her) opinions on here, we all have have em. It’s just a shame a lot of people on here talk a lot of ********.

    Yeah, but Mick, there is a huge difference between having an opinion on an incident none of us have yet to see/hear the full details about and making rash comments based on pure idle speculation… I’ll wager that most of Malcom’s comments on this particular incident fall into the latter category…

    🙂 Thanks for those David… I had a photo similar to the first but can’t lay my hands on it at the mo. I always thought that the nose was a replica too…
