no the value of the army is not 0 it is low but better than 0. what you’re saying is since the armies value is so low we should just give it up. ye right. and you would know how everything is going in Albania. whatever economical growth we have increases taxes and thus the federal budget. the armies budget is part of that. albania is a poor country but it’s not a country with 0 economy. still at the end of the day nobody is listening to serbia, macedonia or greece or whoever. only ourselves so just let this little argument go.

petros now you’re jsut speaking without facts. albanian economy is amongst the fastest growing in the world. it was rated as the most free economy in the balkans. http://setimes.com/cocoon/setimes/xhtml/en_GB/archive/2006-01-05
yes higher than even greece. the military of albania will spend whatever it see fitting to protect it’s country with the availabe funds it has. becaue you and serbmig say albania can’t afford or any of that bull it does not mean we will just give up our arms and say “oh you’re right mighty neigbors albanias shouldn’t defent itself” especially since both those neighbors have a history of attacking albania twice and wishing to annex parts of it. if turkey took the same approach then western anotalia would have already been annexed to greece. albanian miliary can and will defend it’s country no matter what you or anybody else says. we’re not just going to lay back.

as to education: adult literacy rate in albania seems to be 98.7% according to HDI report http://hdr.undp.org/reports/global/2005/pdf/HDR05_complete.pdf

    life expectancy: 77.24 years http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/al.html#People
we must have terrible healthcare.

if we’re not a democracy petors how can the opposition win an election against the ruling party?
everything for albania has stabalized we just need to grow our economic capacity and efficency. with this comes an even higher military budget.

you’re entitled to your opinion serbmig but don’t worry our pilots are trained. our pilots are being trained by NATO. the same alliance that bombed Serbia. So how can we be beaten by Serbia in air to air if serbia could not beat NATO. I’m not talking about now though. economically both Serbia an Albania have the same GDP so military spending shoudn’t be so different. In terms of our airforce it will pick up. Albanias army is to be a modern peace keeping army and able to defend itself.

i’m looking at the mod magazine right now and i think i see an igla. it seems batalioni i RDKA, Kruje is equipped with them. if i had a scanner i would scan it. the soldier is carrying something that looks like an rpg but it has two tubes. one long for the missle and a very short one at the bottom towards the front. is this an igla? they’re being used in a training mission called “KRASTA-05”. it seems albania has some small spy drones also. lol
