what’s the biggest airshow at OW, or better the one u cant miss? I’ve been there in january with Ben and there was such a great atmosphere despite nobody was flying!

I think last year’s show featured more planes, but the mustang duo was really superb: such tight formations require a lot of training!! And yes, Stephen Grey is a helluva pilot!!!

here’s the link of the supposed austro-daimler http://forum.keypublishing.co.uk/showthread.php?t=44114

while the one provided by mmitch shows the chaps we spotted at DX. They were rocking the throttle too much, causing engine pops and grunts

..not to mention the photographers on the flightline who had special “accompanied duxford press” fluo jacket.. they kept on hanging around between the courtesy line and the planes taking their time to take pics and not bothering about ppl who paid 4 quid to get not as near as them.. I am sure they were all professionals, but maybe once again the DX organizers might give them a dedicated time slot next year…

yep, he had to take his italian pal around hendon. We spent a good 10 minutes on Hendon roundabouts, it was such fun! 😀

according to metcheck.com we should have some light showers like last year.. sunday seems to be way better (like last year!), but I’ll be lurking at Brunters 😀
winds are from the north, around 7 mph, so girls leave your skirts at home 😉

I have a photo that I use for inspiration when the rainclouds of life weigh heavy on my shoulders, but I’m not sure if it’s appropriate to post it here.

    Michelle Marsh maybe? 😀 😀 😀

one of my beloved liveries is of an Albatros V flown by a german ace pilot with glasses (!!!), dont remember the name right now, but it was overall black with two HUGE edelweiss painted on both sides of the fuselage: so elegant and impressive! 🙂
