Duxford Wednesday 4th October:
It’s that time again. The 2017 airshow season is over, and Sally B entered her winter quarters in Hangar 2 this morning.
As usual, many aircraft were displaced during the move, giving the chance of some different shots (new monopod on trial!):
Three Spitfires flying today, including early and late models:
Looks like there is some more filming coming up with the VC-10:
Duxford Sunday 17th September:

The two Norwegian Vampires also arrived from their Southport appearance, along with the Mig 15. They will stay at Duxford until after next weekend’s Battle Of Britain Airshow:

Duxford Tuesday 12th September:
There was plenty of fighter activity today, with the TFC P-40C and Spitfire IA AR213/P7308 returning from Goodwood. They joined the Wildcat, Bearcat and Spitfire V on the grass, while Spitfire PV202 and Buchon G-AWHK from ARC flew practice displays. Hurricane G-ROBT / P2902 was also training (they all managed to evade the sunshine!)
The Blenheim also returned (late) from a prize-winning appearance at Goodwood last weekend. Many congratulations to all involved for the Freddie March Spirit of Aviation award.
