Wow.. easy there crow.
The question was which aircraft downed most migs in history. Now pls lay off any nationalistic rant.

its not a rant but rather a disappointment to the title “top mig killer” because it is not deserved. Seal clubbing 2-3 gen planes in a 4th gen is low

4 f16’s vs a mig 29 that just took off from a base, that dose not even count yet they are so proud to respond quick and fire off a missile, brainless propaganda now if 4 migs vs 4 f16’s both in the air, and russian pilots, the f16’s would not stand a chance

first off you cant prove that more migs were shot down then sabres, unless you use “western sources” and like we all know “they are always right”

second off every engagement since that ANY US plane had with mig’s was completely and utterly “unfair” older migs or against 1 target at a time. First all this F16’s ect need to fight aginst russian pilots of their own class and 1 vs 1, and then i am sure there will be a whole lot of dead US F’s

Has there been any revisions to the T-50 timeline as a result of the recent political issues? It seems like the news service has gone dry as of late. It is surprising considering the openness of the program until the Ukraine crisis?

my most recent best guess is that they are saving something good up for MAKS 2015…

one thing i never got is why in teh world would they make the nose cone a different color??? PLEASE MAKE it the same color otherwise its retarded, i know its prob tradition but imo its ugly

i dont mean to post negative things about the f35, i love the idea for it to replace the harrier as VTOL but did anyone see this article?

You can still see part of the main landing gear strut in the recess of the fuel tank !!!

The above photoshopped photo isn’t a new attempt at a retractable gear design – shame.

too bad they didnt do with retractable gear- even though it might be more heavy, the chopper would have had higher speeds and fuel efficiency due to better aerodynamics , in general idk why they still dont make a 4++ faster helicopter…

Just so that it is clear; you are talking about Zhukovsky (LII)? Appears to be so. I was hinting towards Akhtubinsk, apparently that is where T-50-3 and -4 are at the moment. -1/-2 are at Zhuk. -5 is probably being repaired at LII, or it might have been transported to KnAAZ. And the pic with three T-50’s is from August 2013, ie training for MAKS 2013.

Мое мнение, СМИ поторопились успокоить общественность. Ничего не починят. Самолет используют как источник информации и запчастей.

-(nikolai) my opionion is that the CME were hasty to comfort the public, noting will be fixed, they will use 055 like a “data” platform and take its parts for another PaKfa
