Changes to the vertical stabs?

Does anyone know exactly what they did to the vertical stabs? as in how much they shortened them after AA-1? Jon Beesely mentioned the changes in a video but he seemed to imply that the angle was changed as well as the vert being made shorter. does anyone know the actual numbers?
