Oh, another anna and Flood dispute again.

Until recently OLD GIT I would have disagreed with you but the laws in this country are appalling. I don’t know if we are even allowed to defend our own homes in England. These days if the criminal is harmed, you get sent to prison – is that fair, NO it bl**dy well isn’t.
From the picture I get of the law in this country, you might as well offer the burglar anything in the house just to stop yourself from being harmed. Even if you hit a buglar you face charges of assault – is that fair when the burglar would probably have killed you if you woke.
Remember the case of Tony Martin, I’m not agreeing with his actions, but those two men dwere tresspassing with wrongful intentions.

What does everyone else think ????
