Thanks again guys! Slicer – They were shot through window. I didn’t use a polarizer. To get rid of any reflections, I used rubber lens hood so I could press the lens against the glass, but folded back so I could use the 16mm end of the lens in some shots.

    Cheers
    Rob 🙂

is that jetranger G-SUEX anything to do with the jetranger G-SUET by any chance ??

Not 100% sure – I expect so though. We were in Longranger G-SUEY

Cheers, guys and thanks for your help, Tornado64. I think it must have been a case of staring at them for too long last night! Better resolution versions are now on my website:

Hi – thanks for looking – I’ve been a bit worried about the green on the shots all night – and after a few tweaks decided that they’re as close as I can get to how I want them, I’m dangerously close to doing too much to them as it is and my wife’s getting annoyed at the amount of time I’m spending looking at them! – my conclusion is that they’re predominently over green fields which give a greener edge to them although I’ve tweaked a few slightly for when they go on my website…

    Here’s a final selection:

Thanks for all the comments! nuuumannn’s correct about the flap actuator. The camera ship was a Long-ranger – hence the need for flaps and low speed. The Spit was piloted by Charlie Brown who did a fantastic job in keeping it in exactly the right spot to get the shot. Still going through the shots – more to come later in the week!

    Cheers
