You must ask the question about MYT maintenance programme for all these planes to technical problems at once. When we are Manchester for the meet, Myself, Ren & Matthew Murray observed a MYT DC10 abort take off. Do they own any new aircraft or are they all old?
Skycruiser, Does the big discount not level itself out to the normal price due to lost flying time/out of service that the aircraft in question is sorted out?
now now Ren anything for a free pint:D 😀
sorry not an explosion just a scare. Slip of the tongue.
Ren, it was a bomb scare at las Palmas. Also it did not highlight the fact too much on TV that the KLM Cpt was not prepared to wait for his take of clearence because then he would have reached his max flying time and had to get back.
That would certainly freshen up what is really a boring colour scheme. Only thing is, would they be able to keep it clean?:D
Thanks for the info wysiwyg
Was the Saudi 747 not fitted with a anti colision rader? I could understand the other not. What version of 747 was it?
Nice Pics. I like the tail colours of Saudi but not sure about the main body
You are also forgetting the KLM prop that landed without landing gear that appeared on Airport the other week as a repeat
Me I think I will go Asian, either Cathy Pacific or Japan.
Ren have to disagree with you on this one. Looks dull, boring and very Airfrance(dirty):D
It is bad news when someone loses their job. Its a sign of the times now with more of the big companies who you would think would be around forever are shutting up shop.
I guess its like a footballer the money is good when you are playing but take it away then you need to start all over again.
Good luck to him, I hope all works out.
I saw this one in Amsterdam last year. It does look pretty naf in front of you.
Hand87_5, What route does Air France use them on? as most of the long hauls I see with Airfrance is either A340 or 747. Also do you know if the seating pitch is any better on their 777 than their A340?
