LOL! you think those downgraded F-16s will help you. Dream ON… J-10 and JF-17s will take ages…. You havent got them yet. We’ll have somthing better, we always had better machines than you guys had.

B.T.W we have more money, we can buy anything we want. We are never offered anything that is downgraded.

IAF has lost alot of its edge it had for past 10-15 years over PAF. The next couple of years will see that edge further eroded.

You forgot to mention, Su-30MKI’s, Mig_29’s and Mirage 2000… against F-16, and Mirage3K/5K

As on date, ONE SQADRON OF Su30MKI is enough to wipe out the entire Air Defence system of Pakistan, and Pakistan knows that, You know that. There is nothing with Pakistan that can stop these sukhois, Period.

I was never a fan of the F/A-18C digital camo scheme to commemorate the Marines adoption of the new digital uniforms.

This digital cameo scheme kinda looks cool! I like the graphics… they look very neat 🙂

depends what type of radar ,electrnoics and engines are in them but if you compare eagle with block 2 then block 2 wins with ease 😉 😉

Boeing will not offer the F-15 Eagle for India’s forthcoming fighter needs but would like to offer the latest Block 2 version of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, the company said at the show yesterday. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Both Boeing and Lockheed Martin urgently need orders for the F-15 and F-16 Fighting Falcon to prevent production line gaps from 2008.

so no orders for f15 in future from any airforce :confused: :confused:

which is a better machine? F-15 Eagle or Block 2 version of the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet?

OK. Yes, the USA has obtained a number of Su-27s for threat evaluation, along with MiG-29s, MiG-23s, etc etc. Thats what the artice refers to.

This has nothing to do with the US Navy. The picture is a clear fake.

These two statements are confusing??? Firstly you say US has sukhois, you add few more to the list and then very next line you deny that these are same machines that US has. 😀 😀 😀 😀

Don’t believe everything you read on the Internet.

Before assuming that the concept of buying Su-27s for the USAF and USN is a whacky idea, let’s first see whether it has some merit. The Su-27 is a known excellent fighter. It has been partially “navalized.” It is a big brute. In the event of a conflict, we will be nose to nose with it worldwide. It exists and is in production, so we could easily buy Su-27 aircraft models as gap-fillers; we already have acquired two for evaluation. To make things even better, the airplane is inexpensive by any standards.?
