18 long years for me, although the final 3 were a great laugh, even with all the lab work and exams!

IL-2 certainly is the most impressive sim around at the moment, of the WWII era anyway (still a fan of falcon 4). Not just graphically but the the flight models in IL-2 are pretty impressive.
Still have the occasional dog fight in Combat Flight Sim 2 which is great for the variety of aircraft available. Just bought the Mosquito add-on from Key Publishing’s shop, cant wait to chuck the ‘Wooden Wonder’ around! I’ll post some pics when it arrives.

    RE: What super hero.

Hmmm, Batman is tempting, glad you stated not the camp 60’s one, that suit was just a bit blue!

I was thinking of Spiderman, I was bitten by a large spider when I was a kid (I live in the UK so not too big, or poisoness thankfully), after that traumatic event I thought I would turn into Spiderman, after a week I felt no different, but a bit dissapointed! Its a 9 year old’s dream to be become Spiderman, well it was 15 years ago, now it’s probably to be AliG or Pikachu or somethin.

So I have chosen to be Spiderman, to possess superhuman (spider) strength, to swing the city with the greatest of ease. Plus old Spidey didn’t really have to be that good, he was good dont get me wrong, he wasn’t out mugging old ladies. Its just that he didn’t have the commitments or responsibilty of someone like Superman, who was at everyone’s beckoned call. Spidey would really just get involved in waht was close to him, so that means he can have a few beers with his mates while Superman is off in the back end of the globe rescuing some cat from a vicous earth quake.

“My Spidy sense is tingling, did anyone call for their local neighboorhood web-slinger!”

Depends what mood Im in. Comets right some of the lagers are easier to drink with meals etc. If I am really out on the p#ss then either Fosters/Fosters Ice, I used to ba able to get XXXX in Brum, but haven’;t seen it on tap anywhere else, shame really. If Fosters aint available then I will stick to Jack Daniels, straight, or if the night starts to drag Jack and redbull. Far gone are the student days of 8-10 pints of Guiness or John Smiths in an evening!

Certainly is, the 737-400 special edition version comes with a nifty package called textomatic, it makes this sort of thing very easy! I bought the add-on from Key Publishing actually, click the link above for the flight sims, can’t remember how much it was though.

Glad you like it by the way.

    RE: Whats your favourite car?

    Renault Clio 16v.

My first car, I loved that thing, had to sell though due to becoming the proud owner of a mortgage. Blast!

Wasn’t standard though, bit into modding motors so a K&N, strut brace full Magnex exhaust system, power boost valve, Splitfire plugs and leads, Superchiped. Had it recorded at 176bhp at the flywheel, 0-60mph in about 6.3 secs. Not bad for a 1.8l engine! Probably not upto American standards of power but here in the UK it ain’t half bad for a small hatch.

I agree with Paul, lets stick to the forum, at least you know the WebMaster is around to look after things, and if it’s on file it can be deleted easily and people are less likely to be badgered by idiots. Lets stick with Key.

I agree with V1 the Airlife series is a good one, I’ve got the 777 one, the A320, and also the DC-10. Next one on my list is the 747-400, I think it’s #3 of the series. I ordered my last from (777) from Key Publishing’s online shop, the URL is https://shop.keymags.co.uk.
