Excellent news!!
Now there is even more of a reason to make the trip to Nanton to see the Lanc and the new memorial wall.
When is she going to be taxiing up and down the street?
Regards,
Phil,

You should check with Peter and get the contact info of the guy he was dealing with at DNDHQ/Crown Assets and maybe he can assist you.
Thanks Canuck,
I have some hanger pictures that I’ll post tonight or tomorrow.
Peter will have to answer the question regarding which airframe Nanton received and why they ended up with that particular one.
All the aircraft in that ramp area are sold, but they are going to put another lot up for sale soon.
Regards,
Here is a shot of axe in Halifax NA337’s rear turret. I will see what else I can find.
I recall seeing the those props being CNC machined out of huge blocks of laminated lumber while on a college field trip of the Aerospace and Telecommunications Engineering
Support Squadron (ATESS) at CFB Trenton in late 90’s.
Here you go guys!
Or are you talking about NA337 at Trenton?
I might be down to see her on Sunday. Maybe!
What about instruments from the CF-100 Canuck?
Any word on them?
I always try to tread lightly and keep my distance. I wouldn’t want the areomodellers to lose what they have because of something I did!
I never got that close this year. I was too afraid of the Boy Scout security!
We posted at the same time!
I think that CF-18 behind the Buffalo might be bound for the museum too.
Canuck,
Have you seen this post?

I read on the Museum newsletter that the Mig was going to be getting a new paint job along with a few other aircraft. Maybe the Buffalo will be getting one too. They are going to expand the airpark. Did you take those pics from the Museum grounds or other side of the fence? Just curious.
There were a pair of wings sitting beside the tutor cockpit at Mountainview. I thought that they might be from to a Buffalo. Did you see them?
Peter,
There was no sign of the CT-133’s I saw last year sitting off on the side ramp with the tutors are including the snowbird airframe. I hope they found someone to love them!
I remember going to the fan jet rally with the RCAFM Museum Argus sitting where the tutors are now.
Canuck,
I was there at about 9:30 or so. There are always a number of us that go to the rally to view the real aircraft, but I still enjoy watching the models fly around.
