In all fairness, when you fly Thai, your flights are short haul ones. When you fly British Airways, it is long haul, perhaps 3 or 4 times longer than your experience on Thai.

Most of my flights with BA have been shot haul.

I just feel that so many people over rate BA as they are the UK largest airline. I feel the airline gets a little complacent.;)

I disagree.

I have had so many bad flights with BA. And quite alot of the hosties are very rude.
