USAgent,Regarding to Bulgaria supporting the war in Iraq. The government support it. But, does that automaticall mean that the people inside the country support it? I’m not that sure.
Exactly…that’s my point…and I’m sure the fact that alex’s government supported OIF really “chaffs his ass”. 😀
And… anbout the Hainan incident… The pilot ditched into the sea because he COLLIDED with a P-3, which nearly fell also. I don’t see there a military victory, and it is really no victory either that a family is mourning their son… Great example of humane feelings there. That “incident” was a human and political disaster on both sides.
Seems to me God was looking out for the innocent and punished the guilty…JMHO.
And I really home no US administration will in the future be so *dumb* to enter in a conflict with China, because that would have catastrophic results for both sides and even more for the other countries.
Don’t worry, the US will NOT be the one’s “dumb” enough to start something…if anyone, it will be the Chicoms or their North Korean allies.

U know, I am never surprised when I hear bad things about China! The Yanks are so stuck in the f***ing Cold War that they still think China is bent on world domination. They cannot understand that ur country is just another country. No, we do not believe that China is “bent on world domination”…simply because they do not have the capacity to do so…not now, now 50 years from now. The US will remain superior to them…militarily, economically and politically…for the remainder of this century at the very least. However, China is becoming a regional power, and this is concerning from the aspect that the CCP is not transparant in its intentions…and the fact that they are beginning to bully their neighbors around with their new-found military muscle means America must act as a PLA counter-weight.
The Americans have to have a reason to exist and unlike ur country China or my home Bulgaria – Americans think the only way to justify their existance is to bomb the evil dictators (i.e. people who have the balls to stick two fingers up at Bush).
Whats the matter, you have a soft spot for evil dictators? BTW, Bulgaria was in full support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I bet that just chaffs your ass doesn’t it. 😉
As u said, if China wanted to invade Taiwan there really wouldn’t be much Taiwan could do about it. Of course the f****** leader of the supposedly “free world” – hahahahaha – would come and threaten u.
There is a great power in this world which wants to dominate everyone for there own gain – but it aint China and it aint Russia and it aint Osama – its Mr. “Do as we say or else” Bush.
China wouldn’t get bitten though – cos u guys have the ability to bite back, and GOOD ON YA!!!
😀
America has bitten…remember the EP-3E/Hainan Island incident? Just ask the family of the PLAAF J-8 pilot that was lost how much our bite hurts. Next time the PLA tries something like that…which, was OVER INTERNATIONAL WATERS…we may decide to take out their entire pathetic aif force to teach them to play nice.

Zippo
The Guantanamo “prison” is a Gulag in the worst Stalinist tradition.
How would you know…you’ve never been there…all you know about it is what you’ve seen thru your favorite media source…so until you’ve been there in person, please STFU.
Furthermore, it is an ILLEGALLY OCCUPIED FOREIGN TERRITORY.(PERIOD)
Another ignorant comment…that “foreign territory” is legally occupied by theUnited States, which has held an indefinite lease over Guantanamo Bay since 1903.

Not really concerned. We will play hardball on the issue of direct attack on U.S. soil period. You are entitled to your opinions, but that is all they are. You have no say in how we deal with a direct threat to our nation. Don’t like it? Too bad.
Amen to that brother!

cos its been washed much more thouroghly.do u have any idea what things are like in china?
Yes…your government is repressive and will resort to any and all means to keep its people from enjoying full freedoms of speech, religion and political affiliations…until the CCP is desolved, I will never trust things have changed.
have u even met a chinese person from the PRC?
Yes.
yet u seem that know better then me what things are like there-someone who grown up and lived there for half my life.
No, but I have not been brainwashed by CCP rhetoric for half my life either.
u reject my arguments not based on metret, but simply cos u dont like what i say.
I reject what you say because you are obviously anti-American and do not like how America goes about protecting itself and defending its interests. You are no more unbiased than myself, yet you condemn my comments because you do not like that I believe in my country and that we are not the evil, unjust, hegemonic empire you see us as.
ur vain attempt at mocery proves my point very well as it shows u are still desperately hanging on to cold war-era sterotypes and cliches. and if u havent figuerd it out yet, both sides were fully devoted at ‘brainwashing’ during the cold war.
The CCP still restricts freedom of information for its people…this is a form of brainwashing. I have no problem with the citizens of China…only the CCP and its PLA “lapdogs”….or those, like yourself, who defend them.
and BTW, ur little mental picture of me couldnt be more wrong. i am writing to u from the UK, and i have been living here for quite some time now. guess the brits brainwashed me.
The UK, which I still see as America’s closest ally, also has the world’s most liberal, anti-American media outlet…the BBC…and you are probably one of their most loyal viewers.

That’s odd, I was thinking the same type of thing about you…since you seem to be doing an excellent job of reinforcing the traditional image of a brainwashed, CCP-card carrying member of the PLA.

So, they are your brothers/sisters…until they decide to leave the family? Sounds like a mafia family portrayed in the Godfather movie. ![]()

taiwan has a pretty fine military, but it cant hold off the PRC if we attcked.
Sounds familiar…same type of rhetoric used right before the PLA ass-whooping at the hands of the Vietnamese.
we are not attacking cos we choose not to do so.
whatever…live in denial…you’re words are nothing more than what you’ve heard from the CCP run state media.
