If I had a penny for every time I was assured that “there’s a W.W.II aircraft in location x”, which turned out to be a Cessna 172, or just about anything else, I’d have, um, 27 1/2p.     Don’t worry i have my bets that it is nothing but the EAP as well, but he did say it had propellers rather than a jet engine, so we will have to wait and see..

    This guys son is at the University right now, not in the 60’s !! He says this plane is there now.

    Thats great thanks for the info, talking of Loughborough, a guy i work with has a son there who said they have a WWII type plane there ? What would this be ??

    Keep a close eye on Airliners.net, i am uploading a pic of this Meteor at the garage taken in 1980 by my late Father Frank Hudson. Should be on in a week or so .
