Back in the 70’s I seem to remember a few H-19 Chickasaws in a wooded area around the Bagshot, Sunningdale area?? in surrey. I was wondering if anyone can remember them. or what happened to them

Very happy days indeed, Will have to dig out the old flying log one day, seems a lot of my old first flights are now resting in museums.. ie: G ASKK Herald residing at Norwich. XD163 Whirlwind Weston Heli museum, And I am sure that some of the T21/T31 gliders are still kicking around, God bless em.

Hi everyone.. Newbie in here. Been an aviation freak since time began I guess. From a spotty 13 year old, strapped into a chippy, sat on a parachute bigger than me, and oh so uncomfortable, hanging about upside down, seeing the Isle of Wight from a different angle, I was hooked.
