The departure to the UK has been delayed until 10 am local time Tuesday. No. 2 engine would not start but we’re pretty sure we can get it fixed and ready for tomorrow. We built in extra time into our schedule for such a thing. Thanks for your patience.

I would prefer late rather than unsafe. The UK isn’t going any where!

I hope the public sees this as a one off and still continues to give to ex service charities as they have done in the past.

That’s the thing with this type of crime it tarnishes charities in general, not just H4H.

Geoff, I must admit it gets on my goat when the footage is wrong, it’s not just the BBC, have a look on Discovery and the like. 99% of people wouldn’t know the difference, but if you are making a documentary at least get it right, after all a documentary is supposed to factual. I’m sure if they ask on a forum like this they would be overwhelmed with offers to ‘proof read’ the footage for free.

Looking beyond the wrong footage, I’m sure someone with an interest in WW2 but not knowing much about the air war would have found it interesting.

Bruggen, thanks for the link. Trying to sort out a day off work. I have intended going but I have never got round to it, this has given me a nudge:D
