Doesn’t look as good as it does on the MD11s.
Doesn’t look like Flyjet have improved in the (almost) 3 years since I’ve flown them, and they were really bad then!
Nice shots, Greece Airways really have gone all out on their new A320….
Excellent shots as usual. The B762F appears to be on form with regards to it’s climb rate too? 😀
Excellent shots mate!
I much prefer it when 28 is in use personally, but each to their own. DUB is good for a days photography! I’ll be passing through DUB at least 4 times this summer!
You’re right about 28 I think, everything is that much closer. It was a nice change to see 16 in use, but a lot of the stuff rotates too early. Although it was nice to be able to get some departure shots without the top of a damn fence in every single one. 😉
There was a couple of arrivals on r/w 10 that day too, all we needed was for 34 to have been used briefly and we would of had seen all 4 runways at DUB in use in one day. 😉
Good news. They are also supposed to be doing the CMF charter that BE have done in previous years. However, the flights times for the charter flight and the scheduled flight don’t match up so it could be that they will be doing 2 CMF flights on Saturdays, unless the times are changed.

Is it not just the B762 that is effectively grounded?
Thanks for all the comments so far.
Brilliant photos again, that fence really is terrible.
It sure is! I never went to DUB when the old fence was still up, which is a shame because this new one must be almost twice as tall!
Well I guess this guy won’t be day stopping at EDI today then!

You know you’re at DUB when your view is obstructed by a passing truck. 😉

That’s all, hope I didn’t bore you all too much! 🙂

Runway 16 in use!

Firefighters must have got bored again. 😉
Not a great photo, but I thought I’d show it because this aircraft when tech later on, returned to stand after taxiiing out and never moved again while we were there.

Doubt it will be a Royal Jordinian A310 somehow! ;).
More like the white Jordan Aviation.
Yeah this thing- http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0803608/L/
However, it doesn’t appear to have been at GLA today so it might be that they are no longer using it, so will probably be the A320.
Greece Airways, or Air Scotland or Air Spain or whatever you want to call them these days. Could be anything! Most likely to be the Jordanian A310 I’d of thought, of maybe the A320 they just got.
Nice one fellas,
yeah the 1 a/c thing bugs me, just hope its not u/s when I fly!Ian
There is a 2nd B763 due in time for the start of MAN-CPT.
I presume you’ve already read what it says about it on the website

But apart from that there’s not much to go on just now as the SFB service has only been going for a couple of weeks. However, by the time your flight comes round in November we should have a much better idea of what the service is like.
