Yeah hard to imagine, and to think that one day the modern jets of today, A380, B777 etc. will eventually end up in a similiar state.

Nice to see the A300 at EDI, and an EAL 732 too! Why was that here?
Balkan have a Tu154 at EDI as I type, I saw it approaching in the distance as I passed through ****ehill, sorry Sighthill!, not too long ago. THe first time I’ve seen one, even if it was from far away! 🙂
That’s an interesting background in the Gulfstream pic, didn’t realise it is so dramatic around EDI, that’s like a cliff face there! 🙂
and is that MAN’s newest A321 which is based at EDI just now?

I notice the -300 has a welsh flag, whereas the -500 has a Union Jack just behind the flight deck windows. :confused:

Here’s to FS2006 refining the ATC to a more realistic level! 🙂
I wish they would seperate the aircraft in approach and put them into holding patterns if neccessary etc.

The Wideroe flight that was due at EDI was probably sat at BOH as it went tech with an oil leak. It was due to depart BOH at 11:40, but they sent in a substitute aircraft(another WIF DH8D), which finally left at 20:30. The sick aircraft night stopped and finally left at 08:45 this morning.
