Many thanks for the comments so far everyone.

Stu, the GSM was taken on Thursday 8th.

Nice coincidence there. It was sitting on stand at EDI having not long arrived back from ACE when I arrived back from DUB on that very day. 😀

Excellent work as ever. Just out of interest, what date was the GSM taken on?

Yes G-MSJF will be based at GLA for a few weeks until the ABZ base opens, and then it will move up there.

Also GLA get a Travel Service B738 on lease for the summer. Presumably to allow a 738 to move down here to MME as the first aircraft? Rumoured that the 2nd one will be a 736.

The plan is for MME to have the 2 B733s, all 4 B736s to be based at EDI. But as ever with GSM things will change no doubt.

Also hearing that the 767 on loan to Air India will stay there a further six months.

I believe this is true, but there is now another rumour going about that the 2nd B763 will be joining it. With a B763 being leased from Neos to cover.

I think they have been leasing aircraft to cover for the delays with the E195s, could be related to this?

Excellent shots once again, especially the An12 and the Swiss RJ which you’ve got to look forward to flying on in a couple of months.:D

EDI-ZRH is excellent news! I will almost certainly be using this.
Shame they chose to announce an additional MAN instead of MUC that they also had slots for, but maybe EZY/ lack of suitable slots at MUC again put them off.

Hmm… off the top of my head probably the AF B744 that visited for the rugby at EDI. Unfortunately I only got pics of it on my phone, atleast they’re airside which makes them worthwhile.;)

Not taken too many this year, probably this one from an enjoyable trip to DUS and it made it on to JP which is always a bonus.;)

Particularly like the NW A330 in the mist, although I can’t choose a favourite from that lot as they’re all as excellent as ever.
