A quick count fromA.J.Jacksons Avro Aircraft since 1908 gives a total of 259.
4 prototypes, 254 produced in the UK & 1 in Canada.

I am not exactly sure of the exact location of the factory.
From The engineering-timeline web site (http://www.engineering-timelines.com/scripts/engineeringItem.asp?id=297) the factory was on Briscoe Lane.
Except for some of the buildings that were originally Mather & Platts factory and are now owned by Weir Pumps, only some of the boundary walls along the streets survive in this area, nearly all of the buildings have been built in the latter half of the last century, or this century.
