    Teesside have lost their MAN & HUY & NWI flights altogether now…..the NWI flight having been recently run by Gill Airways who have also totally left the airport!!

    Oh and i forgot to mention that Sheffield City need money…very quickly…..with Doncaster setting up as a long haul airport for AIH and BY and JMC and the rest of them.

    Sheffield City need money to increase there runway length.

    and Wick, Lerwick, Norwich, Teesside, Exeter, Plymouth etc.

    They all need help!! we could help as a group on this forum to get airlines interested in these little airports.

    I think i heard somewhere that one of the -300`s were going to operate a NCL-MAN-CFU-MAN-NCL flight…….it may have been Reus but i`m pretty sure that it was Corfu!!!

    Yeah….i am interested in the chinese aviation industry…..it is very interesting because:

    – they have aircraft over there that we don`t have yet……and that are coming to europe soon…….e.g. the Do328JET of Hainan Airlines.

    The Chinese Aviation Industry must be very confusing!!

    I felt dissapointed when 9C left Teesside (my local airport) in November last year…when i switched the text on to find a new operator on our Aberdeen route….EZE and we lost our Norwich service on a sunday. And for some reason our Aberdeen service has never run on a saturday.

    HRC is the new code for South Atlantic Airways who have their sole B757 EC-HUT based at LGW. The code having formerly being CEE.

    The Airport Pub is at the threshold of on the R24R(?) at the Stockport end of the runway`s anyway!!:).

    As for driving directions I don`t know.

    The Airport Pub at the threshold is free and the Aviation Viewing Park you have to pay……but i haven`t heard of the vantage point next to Runway 2.
