Unfortunately the rather extreme chromatic aberration shown in the pictures is not going to be resolved by either a lower ISO and/or stopping down even further.

Could you explain that “chromatic aberration” please?

Just to confirm that the P9374 book will be launched at Duxford on 27 May.

Looking forward to getting a copy of the book, but Amazon and WH Smiths’ websites show a different cover design (?).

Can you clarify? Either look good to me but of course the content is what i’m really interested in.

I use to cycle, with my friends, from West Wickham to Biggin Hill Air Fairs in the mid 70’s. I moved to Biggin in 1988 when I got married. I really miss the shows. Happy days (even when it rained).

These sequences were recycled for the film From Hell to Victory, starring George Peppard, a few years later!

Ah, well I could have got the actor wrong but I’m glad the film exists. I’ll have to try and find a copy, for a laugh. Many thanks for the info.
